Wiring succulents with a double leg mount
Peel away the succulent to get a sturdy stem
Press a wire through the stem
Bend the wire legs down
Twist the wire around the stem and the longer wire leg.
Cover the stem and wire with florist tape (gutta-percha tape)
The wax of the tape melts to secure with the heat of your fingers. For my design I also used a decorative wire (which I did not cover with tape. Bend any sharp ends away for safety.
