Wire spider legs for tiny glass test tubes

Cut two lengths of wire long enough to wrap twice around the test tube and still extend one and a half times the length of the tube
Place the glass test tube in the middle point of the wires, one on each side of the tube.
Twist the wire to secure on both sides of the test tube
Separate the dangling wire legs and fold them to the opposite sides and tightly twist those wires again. You should now have four twists, one at each quarter of the test tube and four dangling wire legs.
Fold the wire legs up and over your finger and down again.
Bend the legs so that the tube can balance on it.
Cut the wire legs.
Test the tiny tube legs to make sure it stands upright on its own. Bend and cut the legs of wobbly tubes until it is just right. I wanted a few tubes to point in different directions and had to adjust the wire legs to make sure they bend and point the way I wanted it.
Nestle the test tubes into the wool before filling it with water and adding the plant material
