Add a few drops of wood glue to the wool
Work the wood glue through the wool to completely saturate. Don't wet the glue with water because it will tangle (felt) the fuzzy fibers. Use only glue. (see Tutorial below on how to make felt)
Gently wrap the wool around the bottle.
Allow the wool to curve naturally with all the fuzzy fibers standing on end.
Wipe any glue smudges away with a cotton bud soaked in warm water.
You can safely add temporary glue details to any container. To remove the wool from the glass, simply soak in warm water.
